These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the suka2 platform, including all gaming, betting, and account services available at suka2.co. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely liable for any resulting legal consequences.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on suka2. The operation of multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of suka2 and its affiliated software and payment providers are not permitted to hold Accounts or place Wagers on the Platform.
You are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. suka2 bears no liability for issues arising from inaccurate registration data provided by the User.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. suka2 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account. You must notify suka2 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
suka2 may, at its absolute discretion and in compliance with its licensing obligations, require Users to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any stage. This may include submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and in certain circumstances, source of funds documentation. Withdrawal processing for Accounts that have not completed required KYC procedures may be withheld pending satisfactory verification.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting suka2 customer support. Any outstanding Funds in your Account at the time of closure request will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and clearance of pending Wagers.
suka2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability in your jurisdiction: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB online banking, Public Bank online banking, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
Deposits made via e-wallet methods (Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are credited to the Account wallet in real time upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. suka2 reserves the right to conduct additional security verification on withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds or where unusual account activity is detected.
Users may only deposit and wager funds that are their own legal property. The use of third-party payment methods or depositing funds on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited. Any Funds identified as originating from third-party sources may be confiscated, and the relevant Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Each game category on the suka2 Platform — including but not limited to live casino games, slots, sportsbook markets, and table games — is governed by its own specific rules as displayed within the respective game or market. These game-level rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between game-level rules and these Terms, the game-level rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game outcome.
Wagers are accepted subject to available Account Funds and applicable bet limits. suka2 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or void any Wager at its absolute discretion, including where a Wager is placed on a market or game that has been opened in error, where system malfunctions have affected odds or game outcomes, or where a Wager is suspected to form part of fraudulent or abusive activity.
In the event a Wager is voided, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Account wallet without penalty. No winnings are payable on a voided Wager. Sportsbook Wagers may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event postponement or abandonment, incorrect market data at time of bet placement, or where the event does not meet the minimum completion requirements for settlement as specified in sportsbook rules.
Any dispute regarding a game outcome or calculated winnings must be raised with suka2 customer support within 14 days of the relevant game or event settlement. Disputes raised outside this period will not be considered. suka2's decision on winnings disputes, made following review of transaction logs and game records, is final.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by suka2 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion. These promotional terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings, form part of the overall agreement and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Wagers placed on certain game categories may contribute at reduced rates or not at all toward wagering requirement completion, as specified in the promotional terms.
suka2 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any Bonus and associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in promotion abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim promotions multiple times, placing low-risk hedging Wagers to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, or participating in coordinated exploitation of promotional terms with other Users.

Nothing in these Terms limits suka2's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
suka2 collects, processes, and stores personal data as described in the suka2 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected for KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and service improvement purposes.
suka2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on their Account no less than seven days before taking effect, except where amendments are required urgently due to legal or regulatory obligations, in which case they may take effect immediately. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
